This is Cobre Verde Frankliny, the texel girl from the litter below (Orestes - Touch). A nice little red-white, let's see how he develops...

Heaven Slate

A Portugese gentleman - with a rose. Even if the rose is bigger than him at the moment... :o)
Anyway, this is Heaven Slate dos Roedores do Algarve, a slate blue texel baby boar. His breeder is Minda Santos, and "Heaven Slate" comes from Brentwood Hotel parents and grandparents (father: Bunuel at Brentwood Hotel). We wish all the best to him!

The tri babies are 10 days old now, so I thought it was time to take the first photos... It is a special litter as I do not expect such colours in the future.

Litter of 4 red-whites

The first litter of our German import Orestes vom Gotenholz (texel, red-white) was born! Mother is Touching The Sky at Brentwood Hotel (sheltie, tortie-white).
4 nicely marked babies (3 sheltie and 1 texel) with deep red colour.

Surprize Colours

A litter of 3 babies was born: all in black-buff-white! It was a surprize to me as no babies in that colour have been born in that colour here for a very long time... Both parents: tortie-white. Photos will follow soon.

Black day: We have lost Frida

Frida, the oldest member of our dog family passed away today: we simply could not let her suffer any more. She was 12, a real part of our life every day - even if her lifestyle has become moderate in the last years. But she was a typical merry cocker till her health problems occured. An exceptionally intelligent dog, nice and gentle - a pride of her breed. She also makes me confident that this is the breed which was "invented" for me, and that I was "invented" for this breed.
She is missed so much...

Greetings from Spain

Again, we received some photos of cavies living far away, which is a pleasure always. These two boys reside in Spain, with Ana Frean. They soon will be shown for the first time. :o)

"Yahoo.com" is from Goldoni von Werne (imp. Germany, now living in Bucarest, Romania) and Underestimated at Brentwood Hotel.
